The changing of wear parts with very few actions, without removing the pump from the pipeline system thanks to Service in Place. The Xpress pump range has been specially developed for easy maintenance and to considerably shorten the servicing time and thus reduce costs. Reliable pumping of media, along with fast rotor/stator changes are ensured by the X-LIFT quick change system developed by WANGEN PUMPEN. The X-LIFT flange is constructed on standard flange design principles.

For the conveyance of free-flowing liquid slurry, surplus sludge and mechanically thickened sludge with a dry substance content of up to 10%.Flow rate up to 560 m3/h, differential pressure up to 48 bar.

For the conveyance of dewatered sewage sludge with a high dry substance content.

The modular system for reliable protection of plant equipment:
X-TRACT (debris removal) + X-CUT (cutter) = X-UNIT The WANGEN X-UNIT consists of the two modules X-TRACT and X-CUT. Both components are available separately and are optimally co-ordinated with each other as an X-UNIT.
